A Northern California man faces charges of felony DUI / DWI, hit and run, cocaine possession and driving without a license after he allegedly hit a motorcyclist and left the scene of the crash.

Sergio Juerta Madrigal, 40, of Coalinga was found in the parking lot of a motel a short distance from the crash. Police said he smelled of alcohol when he was arrested.
