Two Northern California men were charged with DUI / DWI in connection with a head-on crash that killed four college students in the Napa Valley.

The collision reportedly occurred when the driver of the students’ car skidded into the opposing lane and struck the vehicle of one of the accused drunk drivers. A second driver rear-ended the truck of the first accused DUI / DWI driver and was also charged.
